Support

Mutiny is made by a small team at Second Order Labs. If something isn't working, or you have a question the answers below don't cover, we'd genuinely like to hear from you.

Email us: support@secondorderlabs.net

We're a small team, so replies aren't instant — but every message reaches a person, and we aim to get back to you within a few days.

Common questions

How do I add an ally?

Open your goal and create an invitation — you can share it as a link, a short code, or a QR code. Allies only join when you invite them and they accept; no one can connect to you without an invitation. You decide who sees your progress.

How do I remove, block, or report someone?

Open the ally's detail screen and look under the danger-zone section. You can remove an ally (which ends visibility in both directions), block them (which also stops them reconnecting), or report a specific comment or reaction that you think breaks our rules. Reported content is hidden from you straight away while we review it.

How do notifications work?

Mutiny only sends notifications tied to real activity — your own check-in reminders and updates from allies. There's no marketing spam. Notifications are entirely optional; you can turn them off any time in your device settings, and the app works without them.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings → Delete account in the app. This permanently removes your profile and personal content. If you can no longer get into the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we'll do it for you. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

What do you do with my data?

Only what's needed to run the app. We don't sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps. Your goals and check-ins are private and visible only to the allies you invite. The full picture is in our Privacy Policy, and the rules of using Mutiny are in our Terms of Service.

I'm having a technical problem

Email support@secondorderlabs.net and let us know your device (e.g. iPhone or Android), roughly what you were doing, and what went wrong. The more detail, the faster we can help.
